Red Energy is a stand-alone electricity retailer which entered the Australian National Electricity Market in 2004, and has acheived exceptional growth in customer numbers since day 1.  Red Energy was keen to aggressively challenge its competitors by offereing a 'dual-fuel' option by adding gas supply to its product portfolio.

In order to participate in the Victorian Gas Market, Red Energy needed to implement a robust and scalable software solution to manage the XML protocols mandated by the market regulators.  Utilisoft was able to supply its FlowTalk solution to meet these requirements.
