From the M6:

From the M6 turn onto the M65 at Junction 29.
Exit the M65 at Junction 6 then follow the A6119 sign to Blackburn (N) & Clitheroe A59.
At the first set of lights turn left past the Mercedes garage (Greenbank Business Park).
Follow the road round to the right, over a bridge and immediately turn left into Phoenix Park.
Utilisoft is situated in the second building on the left.

From the M62/M602 and M66:

From the M62/M602 join the M66 north towards Bury/Burnley
The M66 becomes the A56, follow the A56 towards Blackburn & Burnley.
Join the M65 towards Blackburn at Junction 8.
Exit the M65 at Junction 6 then follow the A6119 sign to Blackburn (N) & Clitheroe A59.
At the first set of lights turn left past the Mercedes garage (Greenbank Business Park).
Follow the road round to the right, over a bridge and immediately turn left into Phoenix Park.
