The quality system adopted by Utilisoft is based on the requirements of the BS EN IS09001:2000 and the TickIT Guidelines.
The drive for quality is practised by all personnel in their daily activities, and procedures have been designed to eliminate the occurrence of non-conformances. It is the responsibility of each manager to compile, implement and integrate the requirements of these procedures into their regular working methods and to ensure that all such methods are clearly defined and documented.
