Through the new Professional Services offering, Utilisoft is able to share its experience and understanding of the energy and utilities sector to help its clients improve operations and enable change through simple, structured engagement with its team of industry experts. This team, led by new recruit Phil Roberts, who has over 14 years experience in the industry and joins the company from Logica, will help Utilisoft’s clients to realise the added value in enhancing operational performance that is inherently available to users of their software.
Utilisoft’s team of experts are focussed on direct, onsite engagement to explore tangible business issues and to help improve operational performance quickly. Based on direct discussion and structured exploration its experts can discuss issues blocking performance today and areas of aspiration for improvement. Typically, an assessment will cover a wide range of areas, including: compliance with defined industry processes and licence conditions, agent management, alignment of commercial and industry data, industry interactions and requirements, and tracking of operational performance.
